On 1 April 2010, at the 2nd Floor of Land Exchange Centre of Taizhou Land and Resources Bureau in Jiangsu Province, Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. successfully wins bid for Plot (2010) 3-1, and signed the "Land Sales Confirmation Letter" on-site.

Taizhou Wanda Plaza's Plot (2010) 3-1 land covers an area of 114,782 sq m. It is mainly for the construction of Wanda's commercial complex, as well as one five-star hotel and one business hotel. The expected duration of the project is less than 24 months, from start to completion and open for full operation.

Taizhou Wanda Plaza project procures land successfully, officially announcing Wanda's move into the Central Jiangsu market. Having received strong support and help from Taizhou's party committee and city government, the project blends Wanda's speed and spirit into the construction of a new Taizhou in an innovative way. Using Taizhou Wanda Plaza as an opportunity, it introduces dozens of well-known first-tier domestic brands and top international hotel management companies to invest and settle in Taizhou.
