On the 16th November, at the Land and Resources Bureau’s Land Transaction Center in Jiangyin, Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd successfully won the “Chengdi no. 2010-C-81” lot. In future, the development of this land parcel will handled by the Wuxi project company and will be named as “Jiangyin Wanda Plaza”.

The Jiangyin Wanda Plaza project is situated at the western part of Jiangyin, east of Luhuagou, south of Renmin West Road, west of Wenfu Road and north of Guihuadao Road. It has a land area of 120,000 square meters and total floor area of 550,000 square meters. Buildings to be constructed include an office building, commercial walkways, serviced apartments, and residential units etc and will bring together shopping, leisure, entertainment, F&B, commercial, offices and residential under one roof.

Jiangyin is located north of Wuxi with the Yangtze River to its south. It is a county-level city under the Wuxi Municipality with a population of 1.4 million, of which, 350,000 permanent residents live in the city area. For eight consecutive years, Jiangyin ranked 1st amongst the Top 100 counties across China. It has a GDP of nearly 200 billion yuan with 28 companies from the city listed on the A Shares. Other than that, there are another 9 companies listed in the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan etc.

The Jiangyin Wanda Plaza project is the Wuxi project company’s second masterpiece in Wuxi following the opening of the Wuxi Binhu Wanda Plaza. Wuxi Wanda will certainly write a new chapter on Wanda’s speed and legend.
